A graduate of Boston College and New England School of Law, Attorney Farese III is admitted the the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, State of New Hampshire, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  Attorney Farese III specializes in family law, divorce, paternity and probate law with experience in criminal defense, general litigatioin, corporate law, wills, estates, trusts and business orginzation.  Attorney Farese III is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Council, a certified conciliator and Guardian Ad litem.  Attorney Farese III serves as a mediator, special master, real estate commissioner, discovery master, arbitrator and parent coordinator as appointed through the Probate and Family Courts in Suffolk, Middlesex, Essex and Norfolk Counties.  Attorney Farese III is a volunteer for the Lawyer of the Day and Attorneys Representing Children programs.  He has been recognized for pro bono service by the Supereme Judicial Court, has been named to Top Attorneys in Massachusetts through Super Lawyers Magazine, and was nominated for Excellence in the Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for his mentoring programs.  Attorney Farese III is a frequent lecturer at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and is published in many of their domestic relations reference books.
